  1. The poppy is lovely at this size. And so fragile. It blossomed in a ploughed field a few paces away from the edge of a section of white cliff near Dover. Today is Remembrance Day in the UK. I hope you’ll find there’s ‘love’ in my haiku. It’s 20 years since this came to me wanting to be written. Ann
